Wyevale East Nurseries is primarily a wholesale outlet - simply come in, select what you want, pay and go!
With a wide, diverse range of plants including trees, herbaceous, shrubs, hedging, specimen plants, bamboos, fruit, aquatics, herbs and alpines, Wyevale East Nurseries are well stocked all year round.
Plants can be selected, reserved and tagged onsite by a member of staff or yourself. We can then collect them and hold the plants in our secure order bay ready for collection or delivery at your convenience. (Reserved plants will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks).
Our online ordering system is designed with you in mind. It is quick and easy to use. Our online stocklist is updated on a daily basis. You must be registered as a customer before you can order online. To apply for a trade account please click here.
Registered customers of Wyevale East Nurseries can access our online ordering system. Simply log in using your account number, found on your trade card. Please enter your code in capitals with no space between the 3 letters and 3 numbers. You will need to select your own password. Once you have logged in you have access to our plant database. All prices shown include your trade discount and VAT.
Once you are in the trade section plants can be selected in a variety of ways.
Plants can be easily added to your basket by placing a quantity in the box on the right hand side. You can view your basket / order as you go along and change anything should you need to. Your settlement discount is shown at the bottom of the page. Should you order more than we have in stock of a certain product a 'stock level alert' will pop up on your order. When you are happy with your order click on 'Place Order'. You will then have an option for collection or delivery at the bottom of the page. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
All orders, whether for collection or delivery, will be collected by our staff for you. We select the best plants on site and will contact you with any problems as we go along. Most orders take a minimum of 3 working days to collect together. You will be contacted by a member of staff once your order is complete and invoiced in the normal way. All orders are lifted in strict rotation.
Orders can be saved and given a reference. More than one order can be saved at the same time. Any saved orders will be saved for 100 days. Any saved order can be easily retrieved by clicking on the Retrieve Saved Orders link at the top right hand side.
Our stocklist is updated on a daily basis and during the busy season can change quite drastically in one day!
Our online stocklist shows only what we currently have here on site at Wyevale East Nurseries. Our stocklist is by no means definitive and does not list any plants that have been reserved at suppliers or are in transit. There is much more available than we can hold on site, so if you do not see what you require, please ask. If you do not see the quantities of a certain line in stock please call for price and availability.
Plants can be selected in a variety of ways. The products menu on the left lists plants by category (e.g. herbaceous, trees, shrubs etc.). The search box below the products menu can be used to search by plant name or description (e.g. flower colour). If you are not sure of the spelling of a plant name, you can type part of the word instead (i.e. the first three letters of the first name)
Plants are categorised by herbaceous, trees, shrubs etc. Plants are then categorised by pot size, height, spec and tech.
Once you have found the plant you are looking for, a variety of information is displayed. This is an explanation of some of the terms used:

Orders or plants to be reserved can be faxed, phoned or emailed through to a member of staff who will deal with your order from start to finish.

We are happy to quote on any planting plans or designs for you large or small, for immediate supply or a few months in advance. Please provide as much relevant information as possible when submitting a quote, e.g. planting time, height or particular shape such as multistem, standard - this will ensure that your enquiry is dealt with efficiently and promptly.
Quotes can be processed in a day or more; it is difficult to pinpoint how long it takes to process a quote until we see the actual list of plants. Once quotes are issued the prices are valid for 30 days from quotation. Plants listed on quotes may not actually be in stock and may need to be ordered in.

Wyevale East Nurseries has an enthusiastic team with a wealth of information, skills and expertise at our fingertips. We can advise you on any aspect of your planting project including timelines, plant sourcing, delivery schedules and plant advice.
Large planting schemes and commercial projects can easily be catered for by Wyevale East Nurseries.
Certain stock lines are available to hire at 20% of the retail price. Damages will have to be paid in full. Transport costs will apply. Please contact a member of staff for details.
Delivery prices are worked out on a post code basis. Please phone for prices. Alternatively on our orders page you will also find a delivery section. Simply type in your postcode and a delivery price will come up. All delivery prices shown include VAT.
If you prefer to order offline, you can download a copy of our latest stock list which is uploaded to the site on a daily basis.
You can then order products by mail order, on the phone or at the nursery itself.

Wyevale East Nurseries will deliver to all UK addresses. If you are in the South-East region, you can calculate the delivery price at the time of placing your order by selecting your postcode on the View Basket or Checkout pages. There is no minimum order if you are collecting.
Note that you should allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed.
